Terms and Conditions of the Pro Loco Promotion
Pro Loco is promoting a special initiative to encourage local tourism, offering a 10% discount at participating accommodations and restaurants. Participation in the initiative implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Description of the Promotion
By sending an email with their contact information to the Pro Loco, participants will be entitled to a 10% discount on stays at participating B&Bs and hotels, as well as on drinks at participating bars and restaurants.
The offer is valid exclusively for the period from April 10 to April 20, 2025 .
2. Conditions for Staying in B&Bs and Hotels
- The 10% discount applies to the property's standard rate.
- The offer is valid subject to availability of beds .
- Each email sent from the activity page entitles you to a discount for up to 4 beds .
- Reservations must be made directly at the participating facility, specifying participation in the Pro Loco promotion .
- It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounted rates already active.
3. Conditions for Bars and Restaurants
- The discount applies to the total amount consumed by up to 4 people, once per coupon.
- Each email sent from the business's profile entitles you to a maximum of 4 uses of the discount at participating bars and restaurants.
- The discount must be requested at the time of payment , specifying that you wish to participate in the Pro Loco promotion.
- Cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.
- The discount is applicable to catering and canteen services, excluding pastry shops and services.
- Special Easter menus may be excluded from the promotion.
4. How to Participate
- To take advantage of the offer, the user must send an email with their contact details to Pro Loco.
- After submitting, you will receive a booking confirmation with instructions on how to access discounts at participating establishments.
- Each email sent guarantees a maximum of 4 coupons for each subscriber, valid for B&Bs, hotels, and short-term rentals, and a maximum of 4 coupons for restaurants/pizzerias/cafeterias.
- Go to the Pro Loco headquarters in San Cataldo in Via Belvedere, 1 93017 San Cataldo , where you will be given one or more numbered and named coupons to show at the facilities participating in the project.
5. Limitations and Final Clauses
- Pro Loco is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to the availability of participating facilities.
- Discounts are subject to facility availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice .
- Participation in the initiative implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
